Founder, author, consultant
Carole Sabas is a French writer and brand strategist with 20 years of experience in international fashion, luxury and cosmetics. Based in New York, Los Angeles and Paris, she has been chief content officer to Vogue Paris (digital), the US correspondent for French Vogue - Vogue Hommes International (print), an expert on the tech committee of French Minister of Culture fashion organization ANDAM, and a writer for the Louis Vuitton City Guides. She has contributed to French Vanityfair (digital), iD-vice.com, Le Figaro, The Hollywood Reporter, Wallpaper.com and Refinery 29. Graduated from Paris La Sorbonne (with two masters in History of Art, Philosophy of Art ; Texts and Image Semiotics), she's the author of the New York Times acclaimed series “The Fashion Guides”. As a consultant, she operates at the crossroads of the entertainment industry (streamers, digital TVs), Silicon Valley R&D (ingredient tech) and fashion/cosmetics markets in the US and Europe. Her bespoke insights leverage fashion to appeal to younger audiences and prestige brands.
Illustrations, art direction
Graduated in Graphic Design from the Ateliers de Sèvres (Paris) and EPSAA (Ecole Professionnelle Supérieure d'Arts Graphiques et d'Architecture, Paris), Caroline Andrieu was for eleven years an art director at Condé Nast France, for Vogue Paris (digital), GQ (print, website), Glamour Paris (print). Her illustration practice is focused on portraits, with a special interest for fashion catwalks. Like silent movies' actresses, models reveal their personality through her ink, pencils and watercolor drawings. Orders come from all around the world. Andrieu has collaborated with indie magazines like the Pitchfork Revue (Chicago), major titles such as weekly Variety (LA), Vogue Turkey, Elle China, Wallpaper (London), French Vanity Fair ; advertisements for luxury brands: Boucheron - exhibition at the Monnaie of Paris (2018) ; Stella McCartney (2017) ; BMW Magazine ; Printemps Haussmann (window displays), Luxottica (2017)... She lives and works in Paris.
